記得農曆新年時段,日間坐車經過,看到門外墟冚情況,相反晚間過去就比較舒服得多,不過還是要齊人才能進內。<br />

雖然對傳統的叉燒包興趣不大,不過來到這裡又怎能錯過他們的酥皮焗叉燒包,雖不是第一次吃,還是想來吃酥皮加上叉燒的味道,酥皮像菠蘿包的皮,鬆脆脆的,這就是每次都要我來重溫的味道。<br />

眾多點心裡我最欣賞的,是他們的腸粉,腸粉皮做得薄薄的,而且看上去也很晶瑩通透,雖然皮做得很薄,又不會很輕易就散掉,吃腸粉最怕就是看到做得厚厚的粉。<br />

這個是制成品,只小了配料及豚肉。<br />

麵上口的質感還可以,但與在豚王店內吃的比較,明顯是很不同,即食麵一咬即斷,沒有了拉麵所吃得到的質感,不知道是我煮過久了,還是其他?<br />
<br />
之前巳經說過,赤王是辣的湯底,本身吃愛辣但不可多吃,所以我就突意減少一點調味料,雖然對麵條有一點失望,不過湯底卻做得不錯,辣度適中,而且湯也做得稠一點,有點像在店內吃的味道。<br />
<br />
整體而言,拉麵加上湯也有五至六成跟店內吃到的水準,當然與之前吃過的一蘭,一蘭當然優勝點,不過一蘭的價錢也是豚王的兩倍。<br />

註:一蘭是1000Yen五份麵條,折合港幣$20一入份(十算),但豚王只需HK$8一個。<br />

湯包先放熱水暖著,等豬油先溶一點,而且也不想吃冷的汁。<br />

今次這個糖心還是隨心意煮,下次時間要捉得好一點。<br />

至於外帶包味道,我覺得也有7-8成的水準,可解解一蘭之苦,當然這個湯與現場吃的還是不能作比較,所以有點後悔沒有買那款3000Yen的外帶包,又或者買釜的味道。<br />

大角咀的食肆,巳漸漸由埃華街那邊申廷到大角咀週邊的新九龍廣場<span class="st">、</span>富多來新村附近,記得以前每次經過只會加快步速,急急的趕回家,因為想不到放慢腳步的理由。<br />

看過Openrice,決定要來逛逛,試試評價不錯的黑木堂。<br />

原來短短的一條街,居然有三間黑木堂,不過每間店舖都不大,其中兩間是吃串燒,一間是吃魚生的。<br />

點了一個海膽三文魚魚子飯,賣買不錯,有點驚喜是這客海膽三文魚子飯用料十足,海膽是兩大片的加拿大海膽,至於三文魚子飽滿,而且是自家<span dir="ltr" id=":35">醃</span>制,味道也不會過咸,無論賣相及味道都較連鎖的壽司店優勝,至少不會見到一粒粒像漏氣的魚子放在面前。<br />

雖然在壽司的飯方面扣分,但食材新鮮及用料足卻又加回不少分數,下次可以再來試試其他的魚生飯。<br />

問過職員可不可以叫黑木堂另外的串燒到這裡吃?職員回答是不能,但如果在串燒店就可以點壽司、魚生飯,我相信是怕影響食物食材吧!<br />

大角咀令人聯想起一個舊社區,又或者香港漫畫家筆下的麥兜。西九龍發展,大角咀舊樓收購及重建,地產發展商想張大角咀打做西九豪宅之一,而且區內亦多了幾間四星級的酒店,所以不同類形的食肆也開始在大角咀悄悄的出現。<br />

大角咀比較有名的相信是埃華街,因為食肆林立,說他是大角咀食街也不為過;而Aroma Bistro卻在隔鄰的大全街,比較起埃華街那邊,這邊的確是靜了點。雖然門面不難找,但感覺比較隱閉,很容易走漏眼。<br />
